Synopsis:
Generation b is the latest performance of VOX POPULI Studio for documentary theatre. The focus is the transition in Bulgaria, the years from 1989 to 1997. Extreme, contradictory, uncertain – this time frame was determining for its growing-up generation. Generation b is a performance dedicated to exactly these people among us – the transition teenagers, the new time mature individuals. Their fears and loneliness wrapped in alcohol and drugs, their musical tastes as the most powerful rebellion attempt. A search for identity in the weightlessness of the 90’s…
